Staff were professional, helpful and nice.

Not much to do in the area but very close to train station.

Very spacious room with great view. Comfortable beds and overall very quiet. Massage chair was a nice surprise and much needed after a day of sightseeing.My room had a pants press which did its job okay I think iron would do a bettor job but it’s kinda nice to just put the pants in and get them out 15-30min later.

Took me a minute to realize the reception is on the 2nd floor and I didn’t know what to do with my rental car. However the parking was free/comped.

Good location, to be fair breakfast was excellent great value for price, bedding was good enough

We were ask to pay supplement when the booking clearly stated breakfast included for 1 adults and two kids. No transparency, it is either a problem on booking.com side or on the hotel side or they are coniving together thus the lack of transparency, can’t even cast devices on TV, and you only get a measly 100 yen discount for the parking and have to pay evertime you get in and out of the parking lot.

Summer time in japan is crazy hot and it's very difficult to find an hotel that when u turn the shower on cold is likely cold mist of the time is warm beacuse the heat makes the pipe hotter and as consequence the cold water is warm,but in Numazu it was not cold but at least closer to cold than warm so big point for that.The hotel staff are amazing ,they tried to accommodate my expectations on things so customer service was great.The room.is spacious, bright and the view was nice .

The staff was really polite. Every part of the hotel was clean, and the bathroom was really good.

Bigger than most hotel rooms. Breakfast was tasty and they had very nice and hardworking staff (Boa Café). Close to bus/train station and konbinis, a lot of restaurants nearby and the city is very charming so staying here is a top recommendation. We had a massage chair in our room. Shower was very good. Comfiest linen robe of all hotels we've been. Staff were extremely courteous and kind.

The rooms seemed a bit dated but they made up for how clean they left it. Probably a bit of refresh/repainting as it had a very subtle old room smell, which didn't bother us but may be noticeable by more sensitive noses. Maybe deodorize the elevators which had a bit of cigarette smell from smoking guests.

Wonderful staff, impeccably clean, just a few minutes walk from the station and really enjoyed Numazu as a location. There were a good amount of restaurants nearby.

The service and facility provided by the hotel like a 5 star hotel. My family got a room facing Mt Fuji with massage chair.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was just around the corner from the train station, which made travelling around the area easy.

Room is big for family of 4.

The bedsheets are very noisy when kids moving around while sleeping. No restaurant in the hotel. I would suggest to have a meals service outside breakfast time, at least room service for food.

- Efficient and polite staff- Location was very close to Numazu Station. The only caveat is that the layout of the station itself is not good. You cannot easily cross between the north and south exits without entering the ticket gates. If not entering the ticket gate, need to walk a bit longer to use an underground crossing. - Spacious room with efficient layout- Although I only availed of the buffet breakfast once, I find the variety and taste of the food to be quite good. - Eco-friendly with option to request for cleaning or just towel replacement- Laundry machines can use cashless payment, in my case, GCash- View of Mt. Fuji from windows in the elevator area. There is also a building, Plaza Verde, with a rooftop to get a view of Mt Fuji (Note: I went in December so there is already snow cap. Not sure if it will be obvious around summer time)

The only thing that prevented me from giving a perfect rating were the stains I found:- in the toilet bowl: not too obvious and f standing directly in front, but only from the side because the stain was in one of the holes used for the flush- in one of the pillow case - only happened once and was very small

We loved staying here. Staff were helpful - we got a discount coupon for the restaurants next door. The rooms were large and clean. The amenities were good. And you can get additional amenities at the lobby. Close to the bus stops and train station. You can take the bus to the port and sea aquarium. And you can rent bicycles nearby. There is a convenience store next to the property. Breakfast was nice with a lot of Japanese food. We had a big family so we got the connecting rooms which is very good for big families. Compared to the big city the rooms were big.

Nice new rooms facing mt fuji. Very large room and in particular love the size of the toilets. Massage chair was really great too

Great room, very clean, nice view from our room on the 8th floor. Decent selection of food for breakfast. Convenient parking in the garage below the hotel.
